Denis McGuinn – NSW Manager

Our NSW Manager, Denis McGuinn has over 33 years’ experience in NSW Local Government including 16 years holding various senior management positions, as well as 19 years recruitment experience with Local Government Appointments. Denis holds an Associate Diploma in Local Government and is a Justice of the Peace.

Denis’ extensive experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Councils:

  • Is fully aware of current issues and staffing requirements at all levels of NSW Local Government
  • General management and operations
  • Human resources and industrial relations
  • Political and community issues.

Denis’ extensive recruitment experience includes Governance, Financial Management, Human Resources, Property Management, Information Technology, Risk Management, Community Services, Library, Corporate and Management Planning, Customer Services, Building and Development Control, Environmental Management, Parking and Rangers.

With Denis’ experience and knowledge of the Local Government Industry he leads our NSW Team in finding suitable staff for NSW Councils.

Brian Mortimer – Recruitment Manager

Our Recruitment Manager, Brian Mortimer has over 27 years of experience in Human Resources and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including Industrial Relations and Executive and Staff Recruitment.

With Brian, you are in the hands of a professional who is experienced and knows how to introduce change, manage and implement workplace projects

Brian leads our recruitment team in providing a high-quality service that reflects a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs of Local Government and can assist you with all your recruitment needs.

Nicholas McLachlan – Recruitment Consultant

Nick has recruitment experience as well as a background in social media and customer service. He is people-oriented and a friendly person with an interest in local government.

Nick handles general recruitment procedures on a day-to-day basis and looks forward to assisting both candidates and Councils alike to fill positions.

Usha Sharma – Recruitment and Payroll Support Administrator

Usha is responsible for the provision of payroll and invoicing for our Candidates and Clients in addition to providing recruitment support for our Team.  She came to us with a background in customer service and administration and with her excellent team skills takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.  If you have any payroll or invoice queries Usha will be very happy to assist you.
