Our QLD Manager, Ross Hollands has over 18 years experience working in Local Government in Senior Management Roles including 13 years as a CEO, and also 24 years Local Government recruitment experience. Ross has a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Management.
Ross’ extensive experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Councils’:
- General management and operational management
- Human resources and industrial relations
- Political and community issues
- Knowledge of Queensland Cities and Regional areas.

Faith Della Sabina – Recruitment Manager
Our Recruitment Manager, Faith Della Sabina has had a career spanning over 22 years within human resource management and business management, in which, 19 of these years has been focused on assisting Queensland Councils in the placement of temporary, permanent and executive personnel.
Faith is our Local Government recruitment specialist and has extensive knowledge and understanding of Local Government, employment legislation and regulations, awards, payroll, employee benefits, work health and safety, general management and contemporary recruitment practices.
Faith leads our team in providing a high quality service that reflects a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs of Local Government and attracts the best possible Candidates.
Faith holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Work Health and Safety and is our Work Health and Safety Representative.
Melanie Rehbock – Recruitment Consultant
Melanie is responsible for sourcing Candidates for Local Government roles across Queensland covering the broad spectrum of temporary, permanent and contract positions within regional, remote and metro areas.
Prior to joining LO-GO Appointments, Melanie had gained extensive experience in recruitment and Employee on boarding , award interpretation, HR administration and end-to-end payroll across a range of industries including Local Government. Melanie has completed a Certificate IV in Business Management.

Catherine (Cat) Owens – Recruitment Consultant
Catherine is responsible for sourcing Candidates across the broad spectrum of Local Government temporary and contract positions within regional, remote and metro areas of Queensland.
Catherine came to us with a background in the coordination of traineeships and apprenticeships and has completed a Diploma of Human Resource Management, Diploma of Business, Diploma of Leadership & Management and Certificate IV Business Administration (HR).
Catherine is focused on sourcing Candidates who are not only experienced but who will positively represent your Council.
Joanna Davis – Recruitment Support
Since commencing with LO-GO Appointments within the role of Recruitment Support, Joanna demonstrated her enthusiasm and determination in providing recruitment solutions to our Clients. Joanna has been trained in all areas of end-to-end recruitment.
Joanna has completed a has completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and minoring in Business Law, Management and Accounting along with a background in customer service, reception and administration.
Joanna is eagerly awaiting to work closely with you and your Council to provide temporary recruitment solutions which align with and contribute to your strategic and operational targets.
Liz Lowndes – Payroll / Recruitment Support Officer
Liz is responsible for the provision of payroll, invoicing and recruitment support for the Queensland office.
Prior to joining LO-GO Appointments, Liz had gained extensive experience in recruitment and human resources support, staff engagement and development, accounts, payroll, customer service and administration. Liz has worked in a variety of industries including Local Government.
